All houses and hangers must meet the requirements of the special zone and covenants set out in the constitution. Plans must be signed of by the Aero Park Company (NSAPL).

This is to protect the assets of all Aeropark residents by making sure houses are up to the expected standard and help those building know there responsibility's and have as possible.

A few things to consider when building: 

• Houses / hangers must be appropriately sized

• You will need to connect to the community septic system in most cases

• All storm water not collected as drinking water should be going to the storm water system (this includes overflows from water collection tanks)

• Sound deadening is a requirement that council will check and benefits you, we can't complain about the airport noise

• Be careful with tree selection, we have height restrictions
