North Shore Aeropark Country Estate is located in Dairy Flat just 5km from Silverdale and 10-12km from Albany. The Aeropark is a gated community and enjoys the benefits of private roads and secure access. In addition to this the Aeropark is linked to the North Shore Airport via private taxiways, providing a unique opportunity to access the airport for those who own private planes.
NSAP Company
North Shore Aeropark is managed by the North Shore Aeropark Limited. The shareholding of this company is made up of the subdivision owners and is run much the same as a Body Corp. The aeropark company is responsible for the all common infrastructure which comprises the private roads, stormwater, wastewater and the common landscaped areas. The company is run by the elected directors and committee.

Annual Levies
Yearly levies are paid by all Aeropark property owners, these are used to fund maintenance of the subdivision and fund any improvements. Lot owners share the costs of maintaining the roads, taxiways, gates, landscaping and other common infrastructure such as the stormwater system. This also includes Aero Club Access Fees. Historically this has been between $2-3000.
The Aeropark has a ongoing relationship with the North Shore Aero Club. You don't need to have any interest in air craft and flying to live in the Aeropark, but if you do have an interest it's a great place to be. Many of the properties back on to taxiways and are able to build a hanger as a second structure on the property. If you are wanting to learn to fly we can definitely recommend a visit to the club.
